Web platform
Working fluency across the delivery stack. GoDaddy’s Identity Platform is where I applied that range most deeply.
Delivery stack
- JavaScript, React, and Next.js
- APIs and self-serve integration docs
- HTML, CSS, and front-end web
- Testing
- Prototyping and spikes
- A/B testing and conversion experiments
- CI/CD and environment management
- CDNs and performance
- Logging, monitoring, and production ops
- AWS (ECS)
- Scalability and reliability practices
- Scrum, Agile, and release planning
- AI-assisted development (Cursor / Claude)
Identity Platform work
- Defined Second Factor Authentication and SSO Deck usage APIs
- SSO Deck adopted by at least four high-impact teams: cart, CRM, Front of Site, and productivity (M365 Login)
- Wrote self-serve integration docs so partners could adopt without blocking on Identity for every question
- Led migration from a monolithic OpenStack Python Django service into UI vs API, with a phased cutover to all Identity UI assets served from an AWS ECS Next.js app with server-side rendering
Outcomes
- Cart conversion up over 5%
- Context-preserving login without full-page redirects on key purchase paths via SSO Deck
- Deprecated a secondary two-factor CTA that was hurting conversion
- CRM access from 15–20 seconds to about 2 via SSO Deck
- Login and security page load times from about 4 seconds to about 1
- Availability from about 98% to five 9s
Operations
- Owned production ops: monitoring, alerts, and Kibana reporting dashboards for service performance shared with leadership
- Partnered with Risk and Network on suspicious-login pivots and SSO DDoS defenses
