- Helped tailor Identity roadmaps and scoped delivery with prioritized trade-offs across engineering, design, and business partners.
- Created a Slack feature-request intake form to organize and prioritize external partner asks. Defined blockers, wrote epics, and prioritized external integrations vs internal work.
- Led the Identity UI migration: severed a monolithic OpenStack Python Django service into UI vs API, ran a phased cutover, and served all Identity UI assets from an AWS ECS Next.js app with server-side rendering.
- Managed EPAM engineers, including performance evaluation, and retained high performers within budget.
- Defined and delivered SSO Deck: context-preserving login without full-page redirects on key purchase paths, cart conversion up over 5%, and in-page CRM access from 15–20 seconds to about 2. Wrote self-serve integration docs so partners could adopt without blocking on Identity. Led EPAM on the cart path.
- Deprecated a secondary two-factor call to action that was hurting conversion.
- Led an Identity-wide security policy review and findings report. Fixed clickjacking on a high-impact login page by adding a host allowlist for embeds and CSP that had trusted URL parameters without verifying the host.
- Built delegation and access experiences, and partnered with Risk and Network on suspicious-login pivots and SSO DDoS defenses.
- Improved login and security page load times from about 4 seconds to about 1, and availability from about 98% to five 9s. Owned production operations: monitoring, alerts, supporting service and API work, and Kibana reporting dashboards for service performance shared with leadership.
- Summers 2021–2024: taught web and front-end across two Emerging Talent programs (prestigious-university internships and Bootcamp for underprivileged universities). Onboarded most Identity UI new hires, including VPs, managers, and senior engineers. Mentored 50+ early-career developers.
